2023 Quilt Show
Opportunity Quilt Winner
Our 2023 Opportunity Quilt winner was Roxanna Guinan. Congratulations!

Quilt Show Compilation
Including before photos of our quilt intake day, judging day, setup, all the quilts (some with the designers standing next to their quilts), vendor booths, and take-down. Thank you, Howard and Rose Frierman for the video.
A successful quilt show doesn’t just “happen.” Planning and producing a quality quilt show is a big task, and it takes many hard-working guild members to pull it all together.

SPECIAL AWARD
Viewers’ Choice Challenge Award
MARY POPPINS
Each year our guild has a Quilt Challenge that culminates with a Tea Party. A theme is selected and participants create a quilt that interprets the quilt theme and must be 96-inches or less in perimeter. In 2023, the theme was Children Literature; in 2022, it was Pick 3 (a noun, a quilt block, a color). Not all of the Challenge Quilts are on display at the quilt show; those that are on display gives show visitors the opportunity to cast a ballot for their favorite.
Cathy’s quilt incorporated many quilt block designs and has hidden gems throughout the quilt.

2021 Quilt Show
In 2021, our guild celebrated its 35th anniversary, which culminated in another wonderful show. Attendees braved the inclement weather to come see the beautiful quilts created by guild members over the last 3 years. They were thrilled to shop our vendors’ booths, and excited over the possibility of winning a door prize, or a very generous raffle basket, or even the grand prize of the Opportunity Quilt.
